The report and the video come from John – the thief appears 20 seconds in:
Apartment in the 7100 block of California Ave SW, Morgan Junction. The video shows thieves locking up all the cars and later returning to the car to break in to steal a pair of red colore3d audiophile stereo speakers. A police report was attempted.
John says it happened around 4am.
