A disturbing video circulating on social media has captured the moment a classmate brutally caned her classmate who is believed to be UPSA.
According to blogger @Delay.ba on Instagram, the angry student who looked very tall and chubby was disciplining her fellow student who spread false rumors about her that she sleeps with lecturers in exchange for grades.
She was seen using a cane to whip the alleged girl as no one came to her rescue. She whipped her as if she were her mother.
The “tyrant” was heard saying where do you know me from? As she whipped the girl. She has been identified as Priscilla.
Passers-by watched her as she whipped the girl like no one was the business.
