On March 26, 2022, the Vice President of the United States of America landed in Ghana as part of her trip to Africa.
She will visit three counties, Gambia, Tanzania and Ghana. It started with Ghana.
US Vice President Kamala Harris received a warm welcome from Dr. Bawumia upon her arrival at Kotoka International Airport, furthering the ties of friendship and cooperation between the United States and Ghana.
The US President will meet Nana Addo Akufo-Addo at Jubilee House and colors were projected on the Jubilee House building ahead of his visit.
Some thought they were the colors of LGBTQ+ with their rainbow appearance. However, it is not that, rather it is a mixture of the flag of Ghana and the United States.
On the left is the American flag and on the right is that of Ghana.
