As a reminder, Project Orlando was initially planned as DLC for The Crew 2, but would have become an episode in its own right given the scale the project took on over time. In October 2022, we learned exclusively that the title would take place in Hawaii on the island of Oahu.
an announcement very soon
Among other elements put forth, it is also hinted that the game is to be developed under a new engine, without knowing any further.
Tom Henderson also noted in his Insider Gaming column that the Insider Program he was able to consult suggests an announcement could be coming soon, perhaps even as early as next week.
Rumors about the next Ubisoft games just fused this weekend, as we learned a little earlier in the day that the publisher was working on a multiplayer Far Cry 7 alongside Far Cry 7.
