Steve Price is an Australian radio presenter and opinion columnist. He appears regularly on The Project. He revealed in 2022 that his contract with Triple M would not be renewed. Price worked for Macquarie Media, where he streamed on 2GB, 4BC and 3AW. He was previously program director and breakfast host at MTR 1377.

Q&A with Steve Price
On July 11, 2016, Price was a panelist on Q&A. Price made controversial statements, saying the public overreacted to Eddie McGuire’s remark about the drowning of journalist Caroline Wilson. He said McGuire quickly apologized and that should have been the end of the matter.
When panelist and media pundit Van Badham argued that Price didn’t know what he was talking about and didn’t take violence against women seriously enough, Price said she was “hysterical.” His remark was widely condemned as sexist.

Price made his debut as a contestant on the third season of I’m a Celebrity…Get Me Out of Here!, which was filmed in the South African jungle in January 2017. Price was dropped from the series after 42 days, finishing fifth on March 9, 2017.
Since 1987, Price has hosted Drive on 3AW. In 2002, he moved to mornings on 2UE. December 2009 saw this change, with an ordinary replacement dominated by Steve Liebmann. MTR 1377 ceased operation during Walk 2012. Southern Cross Austereo announced in April 2021 that Price would host Australia Today with Steve Price through the LISTNR app from 7 a.m. to 10 a.m. (AEST) weekdays.
