Alisan Porter and Justin de Vera exchanged their wedding vows in a beautiful and intimate ceremony at Caesars Palace’s Venus Garden Chapel in Las Vegas on April 16 after dating for six years.
The couple first met as children over two decades ago, which makes the marriage even more special.
She told PEOPLE:
“I think for Justin and I, we’ve been best friends for so long that it feels like the next step.”
She added:
“We have known each other for more than 20 years. We spent six amazing years together, raised amazing kids and had our own baby. So that’s what we expected. »
During the ceremony, they exchanged handwritten vows, in the presence of 75 guests, including Adam Lambert, who presented the bride with Versace shoes.
The bride looked stunning in a Sau Lee gown and walked down the aisle to Justin Nozuka’s song “Warm Under the Light.”
Their close friend Guy, who is also godfather to their child Shilo, officiated at the wedding.
Porter posted wedding photos on her Instagram account with a heartfelt caption:
“Yesterday was without a doubt the most magical day of my life. The amount of love that was shared blew me away.
She added:
“Our wedding day was beyond anything I could have imagined, and I won’t apologize for the wedding spam you’re about to witness, because there are just too many epic moments. , life changing, mood changing and transcendent to share! Ugh I never wanted this to end.

They have been dating for six years and have a child of their own
Alisan Porter met Justin de Vera originally met many years ago at a dance studio and their friendship blossomed into a romantic relationship six years ago.
In July, during a David Gray concert at the Greek Theater in Los Angeles, de Vera proposed to Porter during the song “This Year’s Love.”
Porter, who rose to fame through her roles in the movie Curly Sue and as the winner of The Voice, announced her engagement on social media.
“Last night while @davidgray was playing our song, @jtrvth did the damn thing. It was perfect and loopy and very American.
She added:
“The love I have for you runs through many lifetimes my Beesh so as you always say…..in this life and the next and the next and the next #thebeeshysaregettingmarried 💍 🤍.”
The couple welcomed their first child together, Shilo Bee, in October 2021. Porter has two other children, Mason Blaise (10) and Aria Sage (8), from her previous marriage to Brian Autenrieth.
She revealed their pregnancy in April 2021 on Instagram, sharing a photo of herself holding an ultrasound while posing with de Vera and her children. She captioned it:
“We always knew you would join us. We dreamed of you. We talked about you. We felt you just outside the realm of reality. But, now you are here. We are all so excited in our own way.
