SCOTUS suspends Judge Kacsmaryk’s decision on mifepristone pending appeal

After two weeks of abject panic, the Supreme Court has issued the best possible decision in banning mifepristone, OFFICIALLY WITHHOLDING the decision pending a full appeal. Right-wing activist Judge Kacsmaryk issued a bonkerstown ruling banning an extremely safe and widely used FDA-approved drug.

He hid many of his opinions during his confirmation. Watch this video to get an idea of his radical views:

Matthew Kacsmaryk, the judge who issued the mifepristone ban, withheld two 2014 Christian radio interviews during his confirmation process.

He also had his name removed from a controversial article just before his confirmation, a truly misleading and diabolical step.

The Supreme Court stay means there will be no changes to access or availability of drugs anytime soon.

SCOTUS is suspending Kacsmaryk’s decision until the 5th Circuit Court of Appeals can decide. Alito and Thomas were dissenters. It’s a victory for the Biden administration, the FDA, common sense, and most importantly, American women.
