Paul W Smith is a popular American radio host and writer who is the host of “Focus” which airs from 12 p.m. to 2 p.m. on Cumulus Media Group in Detroit. Previously, Paul was the morning host of the Paul W. Smith Show on WJR Radio 760 in Detroit, Michigan. He has hosted matinees for over 27 years on WJR radio. Paul is also a co-host of the weekly show Opportunity Detroit.
His shows usually feature in-depth interviews alongside many famous people, such as politicians, authors, as well as business leaders in the automotive industry. Beginning March 13, 2006, Paul began writing a Monday column for the Detroit News that borrows heavily from retired Detroit Free Press writer Bob Talbert.
