Oluomo stormed the place to share the small bags of garri to the teeming residents who pushed against each other in an effort to receive their own share of the package.
An eyewitness, who shared the video with an Instagram blogger, said MC Oluomo showed up in their area late Monday night to share the articles.
The video shows the transport manager sitting on the roof of his white SUV as he tossed the bags at residents who rushed to grab them.

The Chairman of Lagos State Parks and Garages, Musiliu Akisanya aka MC Oluomo is celebrating his birthday today with a prayer request.
Oluomo expressed his gratitude to God for surviving the challenges over the past 365 days and aged a year.
He appreciated his family, friends, colleagues and other supporters for their support.
