He is also the head of the Portland, Maine-based Maine Policy Institute, a think tank that promotes free markets. Matthew was previously director of digital strategy for the Republican Governors Association. Matthew was hired as Deputy Director of Digital Strategy for the Republican National Senate Committee in early 2010.
