Massimo Capra Career
He was mainly bred in Cremona. He left his family in 1974 to study cooking in Salsomaggiore as a teenager. Capra began his career as a chef in a trattoria in Venice. He was in the Italian army. Capra began work on a new dining venue in 2014 that would be modeled after his popular Boccone Pronto restaurant at Pearson Airport.
