NASSAU, BAHAMAS – The decomposed body of a man who police say may have been homeless was discovered yesterday in an abandoned building on a road just off Carmichael Road.
Police press liaison officer Chief Superintendent Chrislyn Skippings said shortly after 8am on Friday police received reports that a man’s body had been found on a road just off Carmichael Road.
According to Skippings, foul play is not suspected. She also noted that police were told the deceased passed through the area frequently and may have been homeless.
Police are seeking to confirm the man’s identity and are calling on members of the public who may have a missing loved one to report to Carmichael Road Police Station.
