For years, we’ve heard “lock her up” chants echoing through the MAGA crowd, calling for the jailing of former President Donald Trump’s political opponent. Trump has called Hillary Clinton “crooked” for years. Unsurprisingly, we find out that it’s the one-term president who’s as crooked as a dog’s hind leg.
And Trump is about to be charged while Hillary sits somewhere sipping a glass of Chardonnay. She’s not locked up, but he could be.
Fox News host Jesse Watters rejects that the right wanted Hillary locked up for no reason. She was never charged. However, she testified for 11 straight hours without breaking a sweat. It’s something Donald could never do. Watters wants us to forget that they called for his imprisonment for years at every Trump rally.
On Tuesday, the Fox News host insisted that years of chanting “lock her up” was just a “joke” because Clinton was never arrested. “The ‘lock her up’ was a joke,” he said, adding that Trump never charged “Crooked.”
“But they are chasing him hard,” he added.
See, guys, it was just a joke. A joke that lasted for years. Haha, those prankster pranksters.
In 2020, Trump delivered remarks meant to focus on protecting the elderly at an event in Florida, but it turned into a political rally. At one point, Trump attacked his 2016 rival.
The mention of his name prompted calls to “lock him up” from the crowd of his fluff-licking supporters. “Yeah. I agree with you. I used to shut up about it. I agree with you 100%,” Trump said in favor of jailing his political opponent.
