FKA Twigs risks awkward Met Gala with ex-Robert Pattinson
FKA Twigs looked stunning in a figure-hugging black dress that accentuated her curves perfectly.
However, the big night didn’t go as planned as she faced an awkward red carpet encounter with ex Robert Pattinson and new girlfriend Suki Waterhouse on Sunday night.
The 35-year-old British musician, who dated the Twilight actor for three years, reportedly got engaged to him while they were dating.
Insiders revealed that the singer was having fun at the box hosted by Richie Akiva, Doja Cat and Diddy.
The singer whose real name is Tahlia Debrett Barnett was there with her new boyfriend Jordan Hemingway. But she chose to leave the scene when she saw her ex.
Pattinson and Twigs began dating in September 2014. They reportedly got engaged seven months later, but called it off in 2017.
A source said at the time,
“They were almost inseparable for their first two years together. But in the last few months they’ve really started to drift apart and are spending less and less time together.
They added,
“Rob… called off their engagement and told friends they had separated. With so much history between them, however, there are still strong feelings there. It’s a difficult situation. but things have been getting rocky between them for some time and they both know they weren’t working as a couple anymore.

Twigs is happy in her current relationship
Last year, Robert and Suki made their red carpet debut at a Dior fashion show in Giza, Egypt. But the couple have been dating privately for more than four years.
Twigs, for her part, was previously in a relationship with actor Shia LaBeouf. They started dating in 2018 after meeting on the set of Honey Boo. However, their relationship controversially ended in 2019.
She sued the infamous actor for sexual assault, assault and infliction of emotional distress.
The Grammy nominee is happily in a relationship with Hemingway who has “restored [her] faith in love.”
Twigs went Instagram official with the beautiful artist, writing,
“My whole career I’ve been hunted for who I’m dating,”
“So this time I’m pointing you to the post.
“and now I would like to return to my beautiful private life with the dogs,”
