Appearing on Queen’s Court brought a new title for Evelyn Lozada – bride.
THE basketball wives alum accepted a marriage proposal from Lavon Lewis after they met on reality dating series Peacock, People reported Thursday.
Lewis, 42, proposed to Lozada, 47, in December as they celebrated her birthday at a small gathering in Los Angeles.
“I told him to pack his bags, we are going somewhere. She was blindfolded until she got to the front door,” Lewis told the magazine. “She met about 20 close friends and family and the big ‘marry me’ letters, roses on the floor, things like that.”

The reality TV star said she was completely taken aback when the branding expert and co-founder of the marketing company got down on one knee.
“I had no idea he was going to propose that day,” she shared. “I didn’t know what I was getting into. He was very sneaky and, in all honesty, I was a little irritated because I’m such an alpha female and I’m like, why do I have to pack my bags? Why do I have to do this? It was really, really hard for me to just let go and allow him to do his thing.
Lozada was briefly married to NFL star Chad “Ochocinco” Johnson and had previous relationships with athletes Antoine Walker and Carl Crawford. This time everything is different.
“I’ve never experienced this energy,” she said. “Looking back, it’s clear I had the wrong person in my life.”
On Queen’s Courtwhich began streaming today, Lozada and singers Tamar Braxton and Nivea are dating 21 suitors on a quest to find a potential “king,” as previously reported.
