Drew Blair is a talented American journalist who works as a news anchor for WISH News. She also worked for WANE News before becoming a news anchor for News.
During David Bisard’s trial in October 2013, Blair oversaw the ongoing reporting. This led to her being nominated for a number of awards including the Associated Press, SPJ and Emmy Awards. She was a weekend anchor for WANE-TV’s inaugural news before joining the channel.
The fact that Drew was a producer and photographer is also well known. On Saturday and Sunday mornings, she also anchored an hour-long solo newscast. Additionally, she recorded newsreels and four to six live interviews. She collected, wrote, edited and delivered the news.
Blair also worked as a generalist journalist, and for that, the Associated Press and the SPJ gave him awards. She also contributed to the top-rated five-hour news in Fort Wayne.
She used this as justification for winning the 2007 “Best Newscast” award from the Society of Professional Journalists. When he’s not working, Drew enjoys competing in triathlons, going to concerts, traveling, camping, and basically everything outdoors.
