Drake Bell talks about his divorce
Drake Bell claimed he found out about his divorce through the internet.
The former Nickelodeon star revealed he learned the news after his ex-wife Janet Von Schmeling filed for divorce on Thursday and the news started circulating online.
The troubled artist tweeted on Friday,
“I found out my wife filed for divorce from TMZ.”
He concluded his post by sharing and promoting his new song “Go away”, with its link. He asked his followers to verify.
Several followers commented on his post.
One wrote,
“Divorce confirmed!”
Another wrote,
” can tell you that divorce will bring out sides in people that you would never expect to see. But, I can also tell you that after the storm, you will find a better situation with someone else and you then question your old love as not ‘true love’ when the new person treats you better.”

Bell’s past controversies and dramas
In the new track, the former Nickelodeon star, 36, sings “begin[ing] a new life” with his wife, 28, and their baby boy.

The new music video which was released on Friday is set on an airplane and consists of numerous Hollywood references.
The actor sings that he is “ended up with [the] f-king city” and “done f-king sitting pretty.”
In January, news broke that Bell and Von had separated and the actress had moved to Florida with their 2-year-old son.
News of their split came after photos of the controversial actor went viral on the internet of him inhaling balloons with his baby in the back seat of his car.
After remaining silent for a few months, Bell made headlines again on April 13 when he was reported missing.
Hours later, the singer was found safe and sound and tweeted,
“You leave your phone in the car and you don’t answer for the night and that?”
But reports suggest Drake sent suicide threats to his family members before disappearing.
The duo got married in 2018.
