The fate of the nominated roommates in the Big Brother Titans house is now in the hands of viewers, after the week 10 nomination result was announced. The eviction of Miracle Op, Blue Aiva and Nana during the week 9 increased the tension in the house, making the competition more intense. The remaining nine roommates, with the exception of outgoing House Leader Blaqboi, competed for nomination immunity and a place in the Grand Finals.

After three highly competitive challenges, Tsatsii emerged as the winner and secured a spot in the finals alongside Supreme Veto Power Holders Ipeleng and Ebubu. This means they are immune to nominations this week. The housemates each named two housemates for possible eviction this week, with Blaqboi, Yvonne, Thabang, Justin, Kanaga Jnr and Khosi all receiving nominations.
