Ben Robinson and his girlfriend Kiara Cabral are officially engaged
Newly engaged couple in town! Ben Robinson took the next step in his relationship with his girlfriend Kiara Cabral.
On Thursday, May 11, the Under Deck chef, 42, took to Instagram to share the happy news that he was engaged to his girlfriend after almost four years of dating.
Robinson shared a series of photos from their proposal moment, including adorable photos of the two on a Limitless Seas boat. He captioned the post,
“After a wonderful 4 year relationship with my love Kiara, I have decided to take the next step and propose…I feel like the luckiest man alive!”
Likewise, he expressed his gratitude to those who supported him in making the proposal a success. He wrote,
“Thank you to my friends and family for all your support. I couldn’t have done it without you, and of course thank you Kiara for saying yes and making me an honest man, I love you .

Kiara, for her part, shared similar photos from their big day on her respective Instagram account and captioned them,
“TO US I am speechless and overwhelmed by so much happiness and love”,
The announcement comes weeks after Ben Robinson proposed to Kiara Cabral
Speaking to US Weekly, Ben revealed he popped the question to Cabral, 29, earlier this month with a diamond ring from Robinson jewelers. He said on the way out,
“I drew all my friends and family into this wonderful love story, and with their help, we are now proudly engaged and I look forward to living a life of love and laughter with lovely Kiara. C There’s an incredible sense of security in such a beautiful romance and friendship.
He also spoke candidly about their recent getaway to Rome, revealing,
“We are involved with various cruise lines and had planned a trip to Italy with Emerald Cruises Lines. After our cruise obligations, we decided to stay in Rome for four nights. I could tell that Kiara saw this as a special moment and was definitely expecting more than a carbonara. She says no, but I could tell.
The reality star went on to explain that at some point Cabral almost discovered the engagement ring, explaining,
“I had it in my camera bag in a secret compartment. There was a moment when Kiara was looking for an LED light, which was forgotten. I was sure she must have seen it, but she didn’t. did not see!

He continued,
“I even forgot it on the way to the airport and blamed our detour on having to turn down the air conditioning. It was a bumpy ride. And it’s really worth it. She had no idea when I dropped my knees in the Vatican square that I would propose.
How long have Ben Robinson and Kiara Cabral been together?
In January 2020, Ben hinted at his romance with Cabral while celebrating the 100th special episode of Below Deck. He told Andy Cohen at the time,
“There’s a girl I like right now. We’re trying to take it easy. So we’ll see what happens. But she’s a friend and we’re having a good time together.
The England native went Instagram official with Cabral four months later, sharing a photo of the two in matching dresses during their stay at LaPlaya Beach & Golf Resort in Naples, Florida.
Ben shared with We on his first meeting with Cabral, revealing,
“Kiara and I met about seven years ago through mutual friends. The stars hadn’t quite aligned for us back then. I was on a roller coaster under the bridge, and she was too young and too skeptical for this racquet. But we remained friends.
“We actually started dating right before the pandemic, and she moved in with me. We started living and working together. We were absolutely inseparable, and that was good. In fact, over the past four years, we’ve been less than 20 days apart.
Likewise, he revealed that the newly engaged couple are planning to tie the knot next summer at their parents’ house.
