Fans have taken to social media to voice their concerns about B2K singer Raz B, 37, after he posted an alarming video on Instagram then hours later was recorded on the roof of a hospital , prompting the police to react.
Images published by TMZ On Thursday night, the R&B artist climbed Saint Luke’s Hospital in Kansas City, Missouri, and stood on the roof, near a ledge around 10:20 a.m.
Hospital security called the police out of caution, the website reported. Police told the outlet they determined Raz B, born De’Mario Monte Thornton, broke a window in the medical facility and climbed onto the roof.
A police negotiator was dispatched to the scene. The singer eventually came inside the hospital through the window and was treated by medical personnel.

Kansas City police did not immediately respond to Urban Hollywood 411 request for comment.
The incident happened after Raz-B posted a May 23 video on Instagram claiming he “didn’t feel safe.” He shared that he was about to undergo an unspecified surgery, which he did not want to undergo.
The singer told his followers he was at a Hilton hotel in Kansas City and was “fighting to stay alive.”
“All day I tried to eliminate communication problems,” he said.
He included the address of Saint Luke’s Hospital in the caption and begged his friends and followers for help.

Raz B is a founding member of the now defunct boy band B2K, which stands for “Boys of the New Millennium”.

Omarion, Boog (formerly J-Boog) and Fizz (formerly Lil’ Fizz) were also band members.
B2K disbanded in 2004, with the members then embarking on solo careers. They reunited in 2019 for the highly anticipated “Millennium Tour”. But during the tour, Raz B announced on Instagram that he was stepping down for personal safety reasons after learning that his cousin and the band’s former manager, Chris Stokes, would be involved.

In 2007, Raz B accused Stokes of sexually molesting him as a child. Stokes denied the allegations.
Last week, Raz B retracted assault allegations against his cousin and former manager in a lengthy Instagram post.
